1. Cancellation Policy
For International Clients:
Service Cancellation:
Requests for cancellation must be made within 7 days from the date of service agreement or project initiation.
After 7 days, cancellations are subject to review and approval, and may incur cancellation fees based on work already completed or resources allocated.
All cancellations should be sent to the email: info@xoegantech.com.
For Domestic Clients (India):
Service Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of service agreement or project commencement.
Any cancellation request after this period will be considered for partial refunds depending on the progress of the service or project.
Cancellations should be communicated via email to info@xoegantech.com.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the payment method used at the time of booking or purchasing services.
For International Clients:
Bank Transfer Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was originally received.
Processing time for refunds via bank transfer may take 10-15 business days, depending on the bank's processing times.
Card Payment Refunds:
Refunds to card payments will be processed back to the credit/debit card used for the transaction.
The refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the client's account, depending on the payment gateway and bank's processing times.
UPI Payment Refunds:
Refunds for UPI transactions will be processed back to the UPI-linked account.
The processing time may range from 3-5 business days.
For Domestic Clients (India):
Bank Transfer Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to the bank account from which the original payment was made.
Refund processing can take 7-10 business days depending on bank procedures.
Card Payment Refunds:
Card payments will be refunded to the same card that was originally used for the payment.
It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the cardholder’s account.
UPI Payment Refunds:
Refunds will be credited back to the UPI account used for payment.
The refund will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.
3. Terms and Conditions:
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email to info@xoegantech.com).
Once the service has been delivered or commenced, any cancellation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of partial refunds based on work completed.
Any refund requests after 15 days from payment receipt are not eligible for refunds.
Any third-party processing or transaction fees incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.
In cases where refunds are due, they will only be processed after approval from the finance department.
